Dato' Sia was previously attached to a Leading Life Insurance Company for 28 years (1986-2014) . 

The world is changing so fast, business environment evolves, business model has to change to go in tandem with the trend. Unfortunately, business contract is constrained in many ways and inappropriate to last a lifetime. Many lost direction and faith, so they diverted to other businesses e.g. MLM, Money game, etc. 

The Industry is bullish but not the contract. In 1990, the industry wrote RM1.6 Billion sales, increasing to RM 28 Billion in 2018. Why do people diverted??

In view of the shortcomings and harbouring new aspirations to excel further with 2 fundamentals in mind :

1) Sustainability

2) Legacy

Dato' Sia resigned and embarked on a journey in November 2014 to seek a Dream @ the MDiT Dream, ultimately to establish Financial Security Network as legacy for future generations. The Founder of Buss provided the support and the rest was history with credible breakthroughs. Accomplishing 6⭐ in 4 years (2018) was not an individual feat, credits go to the team players. Their

perseverance and beliefs were instrumental.

The motto is "Go Fast, Go Alone ; Go Far, Go Together". Absolutely a team synergy! Since 2015, the team has developed 28 Business Partners supported by 180 partners stationed in Klang Valey, Melaka & Johor Bharu. Buss system has the ingredients to realise the desired results. Buss is a super builder model. 

Once the critical mass is created, next will be exponential growth. Why? Because the system say so, it's how the model was nicely crafted for the purpose.
